I worked closely with diverse populations and developed effective strategies for addressing depression, anxiety, eating disorders, self-esteem concerns, emotional regulation, and other challenges. My experience at BrightMind provided me with a well-rounded foundation in evidence-based treatments and collaborative, family-centered approaches to mental health care.
